CHEF GUIDELINES


1. Food must feed at least 25 people.


2. Food must arrive fully cooked by 4:00pm

     *2 half pans (12' x 13' x 2' deep) OR 1 full pan (20' x 13' x 2")


3. Please plan to serve your food and ask someone to relieve you. Food will be served from 5 - 6pm. (Please serve small portions)


4. Bring utensils and all personal items home.


5.  We'll provide the signage (i.e. standard signage for the country indicated in your chef registration) and tablecloth. Please bring decorations for your table. Costumes are optional.


6. All table and surrounding area's must be cleaned prior to leaving.


Please do not leave anything in the kitchen.
