Life Groups 2017

Starting in January, Life Group leaders (that’s you) will be given the choice between five, hand-selected studies to run in their life groups. This will allow you to prayerfully select a series that’s more personalized to your group. Where does God want to take your group this winter?

 

Descriptions of the studies are below, followed by an online registration form.

  • Matthew | Sermon on the Mount

    Sermon on the Mount Bible Study Book is a six-session study that will equip you and/or your group members to understand and apply Jesus’ most famous section of teaching on life in the kingdom of heaven. This is a part of the Explore The Bible series, and does not include video lessons.

  • Thrive | The Book of Philippians

    This timely study of the Epistle of Paul to the Philippians teaches that God did not create us merely to exist or to be dutiful workers, but to thrive in a life of joy. This is a video-based study.

  • The Insanity of Obedience

    How do we begin to walk and work with God, especially in dangerous places? Based on the documentary The Insanity of God, this 6-session video-based Bible study presents missionary Nik Ripken sharing true stories of people who are suffering for the name of Jesus, and invites you to open your heart, your mind, and your eyes to the realities of walking with Jesus in difficult places.

  • House or Home | Marriage Edition

    Despite the mounting pressure on couples, you really can have a great marriage, raise Godly kids and experience a healthy, life-giving home-life with the stability to weather life's storms. It will require hard work and focus but the reward is absolutely incredible. – A video-based study.

  • House or Home | Parenting Edition

    To say that parenting is a great challenge is a vast understatement. With so many competing ideas and philosophies, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and paralyzed. But there is HOPE. In the midst of all the white noise about parenting, God has given us a blueprint for parenting with clear, timeless truths that still work today. – A video-based study.
